Bio
Luis joins the project management team dedicated to a Fortune 50 food and beverage client. He develops and manages project scopes, schedules, and budgets to advance the organization’s site-specific and portfolio-wide objectives. Luis liaises between Cresa, the client team, and various vendors and stakeholders to provide critical communication and ensure alignment across the project teams. He brings multi-disciplinary experience in the real estate industry to inform thoughtful, holistic project delivery.
Luis earned a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Tecnológico de Monterrey in 2018 and a Master of Science in Real Estate with a concentration in Finance and Investment from New York University in 2022.
Luis is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
In his free time, Luis enjoys spending time with his family and friends. Luis enjoys traveling, skiing, weekend getaways, exploring new cities, trying different gastronomies, architecture, and embracing new experiences.
