Luis joins the project management team dedicated to a Fortune 50 food and beverage client. He develops and manages project scopes, schedules, and budgets to advance the organization’s site-specific and portfolio-wide objectives. Luis liaises between Cresa, the client team, and various vendors and stakeholders to provide critical communication and ensure alignment across the project teams. He brings multi-disciplinary experience in the real estate industry to inform thoughtful, holistic project delivery.
