She leads transaction-related activities including project initiation, tracking, closeout, and ongoing reporting, and she maintains critical portfolio data across business intelligence tools. Kerri focuses on tailoring real estate processes and procedures to best serve clients’ long-term objectives, leveraging best practices to ensure consistent, top-quality delivery.
