Kara successfully manages corporate real estate portfolios by implementing processes and procedures that maximize asset value and reduce client occupancy cost. She focuses on exclusive tenant advocacy by representing clients where her duties include strategic planning, portfolio audits, financial analysis, site selection, lease negotiations, acquisitions, buyouts, and dispositions.
Kara earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Texas Tech University in 2000.
Kara is a Texas licensed real estate broker, a member of North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, and serves on the board of Texas Parent Teacher Association (PTA).
Kara enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and the family Miniature Goldendoodle — not always in that order. She is an avid reader and loves the outdoors.
