Neil has over 30 years of experience exclusively representing occupiers throughout Suburban Maryland and Northern Virginia totaling more than 10 million square feet of transactions. His expertise includes strategic planning, lease negotiation, transaction analysis and space disposition.
After spending 22 years at Studley, Neil moved to Cushman & Wakefield for six years and was recently a Senior Vice President at Ezra Company prior to joining Cresa.
