Mike pioneered the analytical method known as the Operating Expense Passthrough Review in the Washington, DC area. Since joining Cresa, his team has saved over $30 million for Cresa clients. He has also qualified as an expert witness in cases involving passthrough expenses. He has over 30 years of experience as a financial advisor and was previously an accountant at an area landlord developer where the experience gave him the knowledge to uncover mistakes and errors in billings to occupiers.
