After a career in admissions for Georgetown University Law Center, Marita joined Cresa in 2001 because of an interest in real estate. She enjoys being the face and voice of Cresa's office in Bethesda, Maryland, and is known for acknowledging callers with her welcoming greeting: "It's a great day at Cresa." Marita supports the Washington, DC regional operations team with facilities and administrative management requirements.
