Kenny specializes in representing local and national corporations in strategic planning, transaction management, lease negotiation and documentation, financial analysis and workplace strategies. He has over 20 years of experience in representing occupiers.

 

Prior to joining Cresa, Kenny was a Managing Director at Studley, Inc. in its National Accounts Group and Law Firm Practice Group where his work on behalf of large portfolio companies like General Dynamics, Marsh & McLennon, as well as national and regional law firms, earned him several Top Producer awards. He began his career as a real estate attorney working on commercial development projects with the primary responsibility of lease negotiations.
