As a Principal, Jon Olmstead is dedicated to representing occupiers primarily in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. By applying an innovative approach to solving real estate needs, from strategic planning through final lease negotiations, Jon advocates for his clients' best interests and provides creative solutions that meet or exceed his clients' business goals while attaining meaningful savings that support and enhance workforce and workplace functions.

Jon previously served as a Managing Executive Director for Cushman & Wakefield from 2017 to 2021. He is re-energized to return to Cresa where he spent the first 20 years of his career delivering best-in-class service with Cresa's singular mission of exclusively serving occupiers globally.
