Bio
Gene is a Managing Principal of Cresa and one of the founding members of the firm which dates back to 1988. Gene advises law firms, professional corporations, associations, government agencies, and international financial institutions in the greater Washington region, nationally and internationally. He served on the Board of Directors for seven years during the formative years of Cresa. He is native Washingtonian and resides in Bethesda.

Gene received his BA from Middlebury College where he majored in Middle East history and minored in comparative religion. He studied at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem for his junior year and attended Harvard University for his final semester.
Gene serves of the boards of directors for: CollegeTracks; The Greater Washington Community Foundation, Montgomery County; and Montgomery Housing Partnership. Gene is also on the Executive Council of Cresa’s Diversity Inclusion and Belonging Committee and previously served on the Executive Council of Cresa Cares which has raised over $1 million to support national charities.
