Jim has accumulated a tremendous depth and breadth of experience, having handled virtually every type of real estate transaction and project. From the process of site selection, planning, permitting, estimating, financing, construction, leasing and management, to the sale of the stabilized investment, there has always been attention to the principle of value creation. Bringing this experience into play, Jim now focuses all of his attention on representing the interest of his corporate clients. Additionally, Jim was co-founder of the Supply Chain Practice Group within Cresa and sits on the International Committee.

Jim Teskey, Managing and Founding Principal of Cresa's Indianapolis office, began his commercial real estate career in 1979 in Southern California, working for a developer in creating mixed use projects. Relocating to his home town of Indianapolis, Jim was an industrial and investment advisor with the newly established CB Richard Ellis office from 1981 to 1985, before being recruited to establish and manage the AHM Graves Commercial Group through 1989. Jim established Commercial Investment Realty, Inc. in 1990 as a small full service firm handling leasing, investment brokerage, asset management, and construction. In 1998 Cresa Indianapolis was formed with the total focus on occupier services.
