Houlihan Lokey was concerned that the project schedule was slipping, the final design was not approved, and the presented costs were significantly over budget.

Cresa re-aligned the design process and reformatted the architect’s design presentations to provide two strong design options for HL.
Cresa PM worked with the selected contractor to provide the best construction pricing and re-organized the furniture purchase process to provide the most competitive furniture pricing, resulting in a budget decrease of over $3.4 Million dollars.
This allowed us to start the construction process on schedule and complete their relocation in accordance with their required occupancy date.
$1.2 Million dollars of savings for a total savings from their initial budget of over $4.6 Million dollars.
