Liz Spence provides advisory services to corporate clients looking to create a comprehensive real estate strategy. She specializes in portfolio management, both office and industrial, for manufacturers and various clients worldwide. Her diverse experience includes strategic planning, complex leasing, asset management, dispositions, location strategy/economic incentives and build-to-suits. Liz imparts valuable guidance and construction oversight due to her background in architecture/design. She is dually licensed as a Real Estate Broker and Interior Designer.
