Major developments and additional jobs are being seen all over Atlanta. In Midtown, SalesLoft recently signed a new lease expanding from 30,000 SF to 70,000 SF. LeaseQuery, one of Atlanta’s fastest growing tech companies, announced an expansion at The Terraces in Central Perimeter to double their workforce by the end of 2019.
Thyssenkrupp Elevator Americas announced their new headquarters will be built near The Battery changing the landscape of the Cumberland submarket. The project includes three buildings with a 420’ tall elevator test tower. The complex will house 900 employees and bring 650 new jobs to Georgia.
Chamblee also has been eyed by a developer to build a 340,000 SF, loft office project. The 30-acre development would be the largest office project ever planned for Chamblee.
