Peter York is an Advisor in Cresa’s Atlanta office, where he represents occupiers of office and industrial space. He provides full-service representation and consulting to both local and national clients, helping them optimize the value and performance of their real estate portfolios. Peter specializes in renewals, relocations, multi-market and local site selection, acquisitions, dispositions, for lease and purchase requirements. His client-first approach and attention to detail ensure that he consistently delivers the highest level of service.
Prior to joining Cresa, Peter worked with Joel and Granot Real Estate in Atlanta, where he supported clients by aligning their corporate real estate strategies with their broader business goals through tenant representation services.
A native of Atlanta, Peter graduated from The Westminster Schools and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee, where he was also a member of the baseball team. His deep roots in Atlanta give him a unique insight into the local market, enabling him to guide clients with clarity and confidence.
