Bio
Joe has been with Cresa for 17 years and exclusively focuses on occupier representation. Some of Joe’s achievements include being elected to serve on Atlanta’s Executive Committee, a recipient of costar’s individual power broker award, and becoming Cresa Atlanta’s top producing office broker in 2019. Joe specializes in portfolio management, site selection, and developing strategic real estate strategies, as well as negotiating leases, subleases, relocations, and space consolidations.
