Gareth is an advisor on the Industrial Services team in Cresa's Atlanta office. Since joining Cresa in September 2021 as a financial analyst, he has leveraged his background in Supply Chain Management from Auburn University to support the industrial team. In his previous role as an analyst, Gareth handled site selection, lease negotiations, and created custom materials like site surveys, market reports, and financial analyses, along with tracking lease agreements and reviewing negotiation details. Now, as an advisor, he continues to bring this expertise to his client work.

In his free time, Gareth enjoys playing golf, cooking, and playing music.
