Gareth joined Cresa's Atlanta office in September 2021 as a financial analyst. With a degree in Supply Chain Management from Auburn University, he found a natural fit supporting the industrial team. Gareth's role involves everything from picking sites to negotiating leases. He creates custom materials like site surveys, market reports, financial analyses, and tracks lease agreements while reviewing negotiation details.
In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, cooking, and playing music.
