Ed Easterlin, an Atlanta native, began his real estate career in 1980. Ed has focused 40 years of his career on tenant advocacy for clients. His transaction experience includes managing and negotiating office and industrial leases, building sales/purchases, and sublease/disposition assignments. Ed has represented clients in insurance, financial services, construction/engineering, healthcare, consumer goods, and technology. Ed’s reputation for an innovative, methodical approach to research, analysis, negotiation and attention to detail has served his clients well. He consistently delivers unexpected value while protecting his clients’ interests throughout the process.
