Doug entered the commercial real estate field in 1989 after spending three years in the environmental engineering field. He primarily represents users and occupiers of office and flex space, where he focuses on listening to objectives, giving sound advice and managing expectations. He has earned the trust and confidence of his clients, which has resulted in repeat business from more than fifty companies. Doug has managed a portfolio of 160 leases working alongside the C-suite of a large healthcare provider, and has restructured leases through CH 11.
Before joining Cresa, Doug served as Managing Director of Newmark Knight Frank’s Office Services Group.
