Businesses Expand Revamp South Florida Spaces

Freight forwarding and logistics company OnBoard Logistics USA added 26,733 square feet to its facility at the South Florida Logistics Center, 6745 N. W. 36th St. in Miami Springs.
The new lease gives the company nearly 39,000 square feet of industrial space.
Jeff Hartsook and Adam Talbot of Cresa represented OnBoard. Raul Estrada, Carlos Velasquez and Raydel Enriquez of Vivo Real Estate represented the landlord SFLC Industrial Owner 1-5 LLC, a subsidiary of New York-based JP Morgan Asset Management.
Built in 2014, the 275,960-square foot South Florida Logistics Center was aquired by SFLC Industrial Owner 1-5 as part of a $67.7 million bulk sale in September 2016.
