Prior to his time with Avison Young, Jake spent 2 years at Cushman & Wakefield helping establish the brand in MI upon conclusion of the Signature Alliance. Jake specializes in the development and implementation of corporate portfolio strategy; aligning strategic business drivers to optimize facility network footprint and workplace efficiency. Jake works to reposition leverage among industrial corporate clients through cost-containment, and supply-chain feasibility.
