As Advisor at Cresa, Rob works with the Denver brokerage team to represent occupiers across the front range. His responsibilities include business development, market research, strategic planning, site selection, financial analysis and lease negotiation.

Prior to joining Cresa, Rob was an Associate Director in Stanford University’s Development Office, helping to set all-time fundraising records for both the young alumni and annual fund teams. Before that, he worked on both state and federal-level campaigns in Iowa and spent years as a political consultant in Washington D.C.
Rob received his bachelor's degree in political science with a minor in History from the University of California.

Rob is a passionate proponent of Denver and maintains multiple volunteer roles in order to support the local community, including:

  • Member of the board of directors at the Denver Children’s Home, where he serves on the executive committee
  • Member of the organizing committee for Denver Startup Week 
  • Member of the organizing committee for The Wright 
  • Member of the Downtown Denver Partnership’s CityBuild program
  • Member of the Downtown Denver Leadership Program, 2020

Rob also has over nine years of experience as a swimming coach, working with beginners to ex-Olympians and Ironman Champions. He has volunteered with the Denver CityBuild Initiative, St. Anthony’s Foundation, California Shakespeare Festival, SF Symphony and the Pete Frates Foundation. 

In his spare time, Rob enjoys playing piano, musical theater, creative writing, and karaoke.
