Working with a project team headquartered in Los Angeles, Paul Hasting’s required local project management for the phased renovation of their existing Palo Alto offices. The lease required that Phase 1 construction be completed by the end of 2018 for full disbursement of the tenant improvement allowance. Rapid communication with the Los Angeles based design professionals and local construction team resulted in a temporary certificate of occupancy and notice of completion filed at the County of Santa Clara for full payout to Paul Hastings.
The first phase of the project was a renovation to the first floor including all front of house areas, restrooms and offices and relocation of all employees to the second floor. Phase 2 commenced with the relocation of all employees back to the first floor and renovation of all offices, workspaces, and restrooms on the second floor as well as a subdivision of the floor for sublet. Upon completion of Phase 2 the temporary wall was removed to reveal the monumental interconnecting stair tying the two highly detailed floors of breathtaking spaces.
