Obscura Digital needed to move spaces from their current location that was 36,000 sqft
Obscura Digital is non VC backed company making them very cost sensitive to a move
Part of their business involes projection systems, which requires a space with high ceiling heights

Results

Cresa secured Obscura Digital a new facility located in Pier 70 that was just under 25,000 sqft
By doing so they were able to shrink their foot print, but increase the volume by finding a space that increased their ceiling heights from 36 ft high to 66 ft.
This enabled Obscura Digital to utilize space more efficiently for their business by increasing volume rather than square footage
