- Obscura Digital is non VC backed company making them very cost sensitive to a move
- Part of their business involes projection systems, which requires a space with high ceiling heights
Results
- Cresa secured Obscura Digital a new facility located in Pier 70 that was just under 25,000 sqft
- By doing so they were able to shrink their foot print, but increase the volume by finding a space that increased their ceiling heights from 36 ft high to 66 ft.
- This enabled Obscura Digital to utilize space more efficiently for their business by increasing volume rather than square footage
- The challenge was to keep their real estate cost
