Client Objectives

The principle challenge for Project Management was keeping the project on schedule after over a month delay. With expert communication and timeline management, the 66-workstation office was occupied in under seven months. Collaboration with the team on a value engineering approach supplied alternates for consideration at major design milestones to keep the project within budget. The real time tracking of all expenses kept the client informed and allowed them to make appropriate decisions. To ensure that the new space reflected Bridgespan’s values as well as local California staff goals, the design team held a workshop to solicit input from Bridgespan’s San Francisco employees.

Results

The result is an open office and free-address environment tailored to the way Bridgespan works.
