I advise my clients on leasing new space, negotiating renewals with their current landlords, subleasing, coworking or short-term solutions, and expanding into new markets.
In my primary role as a broker, I help educate my clients on the market, plan for the appropriate headcount and growth, develop a realistic budget, select the right space, negotiate the lease or sublease, and ultimately move in happily. I also help build the team of attorneys, contractors, furniture suppliers, IT support, movers, and other service providers that get my clients moved in and operational.
I primarily work on office space transactions in San Francisco, but my local team services office and biotech users in SF, the East Bay and Silicon Valley.
