Mark Villanueva joins Cresa's Life Science Practice Group as Vice President of Transaction Management. Over his 15-year career, Mark has scaled successful real estate and workplace organizations at various fast-paced, high-growth companies, from industrial food distribution to food technology. Mark has extensive experience throughout the entire real estate project life cycle, including portfolio strategy development, transactions on millions of square feet of industrial, lab, and office spaces, and delivery of numerous multi-million dollar capital projects.
