Jake Carson joins Cresa San Francisco in 2022 as a Senior Advisor after spending 7 years at boutique tenant representation firm CM Commercial. He focuses exclusively on assisting San Francisco-based tenants with their ongoing office space needs. Jake is a lifelong Bay Area resident giving him extensive knowledge on the San Francisco market. His expertise also includes strategic real estate planning, financial and building/site selection analysis, portfolio assessment, creative negotiating skills, on-going lease support, transaction management, and relocation vendor assistance
