Q1 2019 Market Report

San Diego’s office market is firing on all cylinders. In the first quarter
of 2019, the rental rates have slightly increased from $2.67/SF to
$2.69/SF, while the absorption also increased to positive 664,113
SF. Occupancies are hovering near post-recession highs, and annual
rent growth continues to outpace the long-term average. Sublet SF
is currently at 1.9 M SF, a 0.2 M SF bump from last quarter.
