Cresa Adds Trio in Los Angeles
Cresa, the brokerage that exclusively represents occupiers, added three veteran brokers to its Los Angeles team.
Shawn Sala, who returned from Savills, joined Chicago-based Cresa as a principal. In his new role, Sala will lead a multi-disciplined practice group focused on delivering real estate strategies to private equity firms and their portfolio companies, Cresa said. His list of clients includes tenants in the technology, media, entertainment and legal industries.
David Callahan, who rejoined Cresa from Hughes Marino as a principal, is a 20-year industry veteran. Callahan has clients in the legal, technology, science, engineering and entertainment industries. Matt Perrigue joined Cresa as a senior vice president.
Perrigue, who has more than 25 years of experience representing Fortune 500 users with local projects and managing their multi-market office and industrial portfolios, previously worked at JLL. The additions of Sala, Callahan and Perrigue are part of Cresa's plan to grow in the area, said Dennis Smith, Cresa’s managing principal and market leader for greater Los Angeles.
