Jeff has performed lease compliance reviews for over 20 years and has saved his commercial office and retail clients millions of dollars in overcharges. His prior experience working on behalf of landlords allows him to identify and recover overcharges while protecting the occupier/landlord relationship. In addition, Jeff provides support in negotiating lease language and assisting the brokers in securing new transactions.
