As Director of Project Management at Cresa, she leads project teams from early planning through final completion, ensuring every project is delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned with client objectives.
She has extensive experience managing public-sector projects and navigating the complexities of regulatory requirements, approvals, and coordination with governmental agencies. Christina works collaboratively with owners, developers, architects, contractors, and public agencies, leveraging her strengths in leadership, communication, and organization to drive successful outcomes and consistently deliver exceptional results for clients.
