Metro Vancouver's commercial markets remain on solid ground, but there's no questioning a mild softening, even for industrial, is beginning to emerge.

This months' articles include weakening office fundamentals (but not overly so), an anticipated further increase in interest rates by the Bank of Canada, and the beginning of what could be a highly damaging port strike, but paradoxically, could add fuel to an already heady warehouse market.
