Results
Offerpad wanted to incorporate their company culture and brand by integrating traditional residential elements throughout to include: a front yard, family room, kitchen, den, craft room, garage, and a two-story mezzanine show cased as the deck with lounge seating and games. This open office concept with double volume ceilings open to deck provided the ambience Offerpad needed to work, collaborate, and play. Cresa project management helped facilitate the construction of the new steel mezzanine structure, project design, and furniture procurement.
