Garza Walker and Rodriguez Join Cresa

Cresa, the world’s most trusted occupier-centric commercial real estate firm, is pleased to announce the addition of Jeffrey Garza Walker, MRED, MBA and Joshua Rodriguez, MRED to the Phoenix Office. Fluent in Spanish, this global occupier services team will focus primarily on representing US based industrial portfolio company’s requirements in Latin America, as well as internationally based firms looking to expand into the United States.

Jeffrey brings more than 16 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, and his expertise includes strategy assessment and implementation, portfolio occupier representation and management, and ground-up development advisory. In addition to serving as Managing Partner in a national tenant representation brokerage firm, Jeffrey was Senior Director of Corporate Real Estate for APL Logistics, where he was responsible for overseeing their 20M SF industrial real estate portfolio within North America and Latin America.

A native of Arizona, Joshua joins from a national tenant representation brokerage firm, where he was responsible for business & client development, tenant representation and lease portfolio management. Joshua was also part of an account team whose primary responsibilities included occupier transactional services within North and Latin America. 

Both Jeffrey and Joshua hold a Masters of Real Estate Development, from Arizona State University.

Jeffrey joins the firm as Senior Vice President and Joshua as Vice President.
