Already off to a great start growing our Team in 2023, we look back at how grateful Cresa Phoenix is to have welcomed 11 new employees throughout 2022.

Spanning across project management, transaction management, financial, operational, marketing, and administrative departments, each professional has brought unique experience, energy, and effort to our collective culture. Moe Snyder, PM Development Director, Client Solutions
Moe has spent more than 18 years in the commercial interiors industry. With experience spanning from working in construction to workplace strategy to managing global accounts, she brings a wealth of knowledge to our clients, our teams, and our respected industry partners. Her focus on Cresa’s Project Management team is to enhance our client outreach, enrich our existing customer base and lead in the growth of our Project Management services and team. Moe graduated from the University of North Texas with a degree in Marketing & Communications. Outside of the office, Moe loves to explore, spend time with her 4-year-old son, participate in multiple outdoor sports, and travel.

Shane Coppedge, Vice President, Project Management
Shane’s fifteen years of commercial construction management are highlighted with budget development and execution on projects ranging from mega projects and sophisticated cleanrooms to quick office refreshes. He combines a decade of general contractor experience with his Master’s in Real Estate Development to navigate the complexities of the project while understanding and achieving the best value for the client. His project experience covers numerous industries across office and industrial sectors. Select client experience includes Google, Intel, TJX Companies, Macy’s, Abbott Laboratories, and L3 Technologies.
Shane is active on the Placemaking Committee at the Downtown San Diego Partnership and with NAIOP San Diego. He earned his Master’s in Real Estate Development from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Arizona State University.

Isaac Lane, Assistant Project Manager
In his role at Cresa, Isaac interacts with contractors, architects, vendors, landlords, and occupiers and supports the project management team with all aspects of the project management cycle. Isaac has previous experience with working on construction projects and managing vendors/contracts in delivering a final product on time and within budget. As a deployment engineer, he managed and deployed multi-million-dollar projects that delivered Amazon's leading-edge robotics technology in its fulfillment, transportation, and delivery network. During these projects, he managed contractor relationships while actively finding opportunities to reduce cycle time, cut costs, and enhance the delivery of products. Isaac received his undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering and recently graduated with an MBA from Valparaiso University with a concentration in engineering management. While at Valparaiso, Isaac was a division 1 student-athlete playing on the Valparaiso football team and treasurer of the National Society of Black Engineers.

Carter Miller, Senior Advisor
Based in Pittsburgh, PA, Carter Miller is the newest addition to the Cresa Phoenix - Portfolio Account Team. Carter is committed to delivering strategic solutions, and helping clients establish and achieve their real estate goals while nurturing the client/provider relationship as a trusted advisor. Prior to Cresa, he gained valuable industry experience working with firms such as Century Equities, The Webb Companies, and NAI Isaac Commercial properties. Carter earned his MBA from North Kentucky University, as well as a BA in Political Science from the University of Kentucky.

Victoria Parejko, Advisor, Industrial Services
As part of the LIT Industrial Team, Victoria focuses primarily on transaction management, lease analysis, and business development. As a client-focused, business development professional, she strives to deliver effective real estate outcomes while minimizing cost and creating opportunities for future growth. She takes a consultative approach to enable the client to make the best-informed business decisions. Victoria has earned a Bachelor’s in Justice Studies from Arizona State University and a Master’s Certificate in Global Supply Chain and Logistics from Michigan State University.

Maribel Neri, Client Coordinator
As Client Coordinator, Maribel is responsible for ensuring project continuity between her broker team and their clients. She works to facilitate and streamline communication and project execution for new and existing clients and pursuits, while also overseeing the team’s accounts and portfolios. Maribel is bilingual (English & Spanish) and will use her language skills to help cultivate and expand Cresa’s LATAM presence. Prior to joining Cresa, Maribel worked as a Marketing Manager for 16 years at Courtesy Automotive Group, where she used her digital marketing skills to increase sales and overall company revenue. She utilized her outstanding communication skills to identify sales leads among existing and new customers while maintaining strong customer relationships. Maribel’s vast experience effectively managing projects from conception to completion and her skills in marketing, sales, and customer service make her a valuable asset to the Cresa team.

Jordan Caurvina, Client Coordinator
As Client Coordinator, Jordan is responsible for providing support to her team through multiple channels. She works to develop and send deliverables such as agreements between her broker team and clients, matrices of alternatives, current market surveys, and basic financial analyses to support decision-making for multiple scenarios. She also provides administrative support on various client and prospect matters for account managers and advisors on her team.
Jordan earned her Bachelor of Science degree at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA. She majored in Marketing, with a dual minor in advertising and public relations. She earned her real estate license in the state of Pennsylvania and is soon to be licensed in the state of Arizona. Outside of work, Jordan loves traveling and exploring all Arizona has to offer with her dog, Nala!

Rebecca Cook, Financial Analyst
With a strong financial education background, Rebecca joins the Phoenix office as a financial analyst for Cresa’s west region. Rebecca’s passion for analyzing numbers and figuring out how different processes can work together make her a valuable asset to the finance team. In her role she performs various financial and accounting tasks, focusing on booking, financial reports, and Salesforce maintenance. Rebecca majored in finance at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor and recently graduated with a B.A. in Business Administration. While studying, she received the Vice President’s Scholarship, Provost Honor Roll, and made the Dean’s List for 6 semesters.

Joshua Vann, Financial Analyst
Josh joins the Phoenix office as a financial analyst for Cresa’s West Region. He collaborates with other Financial Analysts to facilitate short-term and long-term financial goals. Josh’s knowledge of analysis and attention to detail makes him an essential component of the finance team. His role supports various finance and accounting tasks, ranging from Salesforce upkeep to financial reporting. Josh received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics from the University of Arizona, Eller College of Management.

Brenda Reyes, Concierge / Administrative Assistant
Brenda Reyes’s unique role delivers a wide range of tasks and activities for the Phoenix office. She sets the experience for every person that walks into an office while demonstrating the highest degree of professionalism, communication, organization, and proactiveness. Brenda is responsible for administrative duties, front-of-the-office needs, meeting support, Principal and Broker requests, and other important business requests.
Brenda is passionate about helping others and works to have a positive impact on the entire office. She previously worked as a Referral and Eligibility Coordinator at Chicanos por la Causa, and earn her Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Grand Canyon University.
