Bio
Nolan is a Project Manager within Cresa’s Project Development Services group in the Phoenix office. He supports clients across a range of commercial real estate projects, including healthcare and commercial developments, guiding projects from early planning through construction. Nolan brings a strong background in construction management with experience coordinating complex builds, managing stakeholder communication, and maintaining alignment between design, ownership, and construction teams. He holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Construction Management, where his graduate research focused on the impacts of compressed scheduling on construction efficiency, safety, and productivity. Nolan enjoys the strategic problem solving required to deliver complex projects while helping clients navigate the challenges of development and construction.
