Cameron Martin is Vice President at Cresa. Specializing in tenant representation for lease/sale commercial real estate transactions in Edmonton, Alberta.
With over 17 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, he has a proven track record in working with a team to negotiate and complete lease deals on plan and within budget, ensuring that both financial and strategic objectives are met.
Prior to joining Cresa in 2025, Cameron worked for 7 years for an institutional landlord leasing office, retail and industrial properties in B.C. and Alberta. As well he worked for 11 years as an office leasing specialist representing both landlords and tenants.
