“Brett was instrumental in the 40K square feet office lease renewal and expansion of Immigrant Services Calgary (“ISC”) located in downtown Calgary, AB in 2022. The detailed discussions saw ISC go through a new branding exercise and Brett, representing our landlord, was able to align the building with ISC’s vision in a way that was fair, reasonable, and rational. He was also able to provide background information as to why and how the landlord was able to accommodate ISC’s future vision which was crucial to the understanding of the process for both our Senior Management and Board of Directors.”
