Alex supports Cresa’s Downtown Calgary office leasing team, working with Damon Harmon on tenant representation mandates. Backed by a strong foundation in M&A tax, finance, and economics, Alex utilizes his financial modeling and due diligence expertise to support informed real estate decisions. Prior to Cresa, he oversaw Canadian Pacific Kansas City Railway’s facilities and real estate capital portfolios, evaluating lease‑vs‑build and stay‑vs‑go business cases to inform executive decision‑making.
