Description

Reporting to the Vice President, Creative Services and working with Cresa’s Corporate Marketing Team, the Digital Marketing Associate will be responsible for day-to-day analysis, reporting, and management of Cresa’s website, email and social media marketing platforms. In this role, the Digital Marketing Associate will bring insights and knowledge in the use of digital marketing tactics to execute the company’s digital communications plans and improve lead generation and client engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Analysis and segmentation of key data in google analytics, social and other platforms to determine areas of opportunity
  • Works with content creators on strategies to maximize SEO
  • Utilizes SEO best practices to increase website traffic
  • Supports email marketing programs and drip campaigns
  • Analyzes campaign and landing page results and provides post-campaign reports across multiple platforms
  • Monitors competitor digital activity across entire landscape: search, social, website, and email and makes recommendations where appropriate
  • Stays up-to-date with changes in all paid media platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness
  • Monitor daily performance and spend of paid digital campaigns and update management

Requirements

Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or agency in a B2B environment or commercial real estate preferred
  • Strong analytical, research, and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects and meet deadlines
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to work across various levels of an organization
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing strategies and data analysis
Additional skills

Experience with many or all of the following a plus:

  • Sitecore, Pardot, HubSpot, or other marketing automation systems
  • Salesforce, or other CRMs
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
