Cresa Expands Leadership Team with New Executive Vice President of Enterprise Accounts Lisa Fry

PRESS RELEASE — Cresa, the world’s largest occupier-centric real estate firm, announces today the appointment of Lisa Fry to Executive Vice President of Enterprise Accounts for the Global Portfolio Solutions group. In her new role, Fry will leverage her award-winning real estate expertise to continue the growth of the company’s Global Portfolio Solutions services.

Prior to joining Cresa, Fry held leadership positions at CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield. She is a graduate of Cambridge International University. With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, Fry brings expertise in process management, team leadership and a proficiency in leading large corporate accounts to maximize the value to her clients. Her commercial real estate career has spanned the globe with responsibilities managing clients such as American Express and Bank of America.

As Executive Vice President of Enterprise Accounts, Fry will be responsible for continuing to build out Cresa’s Global Portfolio Solutions services, further refine processes and procedures, script playbooks for large corporate accounts and ensure the success of client portfolios. She will be tasked with executing strategic plans aligned to corporate objectives, improving operational efficiencies and providing innovative solutions for Cresa’s roster of global enterprise accounts.
