Will is a principal and leads Cresa's Houston office’s industrial team. With more than 16 years of real estate consulting experience, Will provides a broad range of expertise in everything from occupier representation to investment sales, lending, financial analysis and marketing. In all, Will has transacted more than 1 million square feet of space with an aggregate value of $45.3 million in total lease considerations and completed over 270 land sales comprising 3,220 acres for a total of $823 million.
