Cresa's Toronto office named to CoStar's Power Broker List for Top Leasing Firms in 2017
Cresa's Toronto office is pleased to announce that we have again been named to the CoStar Power Broker list for Top Leasing Firms in 2017. Additionally, Sean Hoehn, Mark Bleiwas and Steve Rector were named to the Top Industrial Leasing Brokers list.
At the end of each year, CoStar tallies the commercial real estate sales and lease transactions that closed during the previous year to determine the winners of the CoStar Power Broker Awards in each market. These awards are presented to both the firms and individuals who closed the highest transaction volume in commercial property sales and leases in their respective markets throughout the year.
The winners were celebrated at a Power Broker Award ceremony hosted by CoStar on April 19, 2018.
