Cresa Helps Consolidate 2,000+ LPL Financial Employees into Ground-Up Campus
Investment and wealth management firm, LPL Financial, employed 2,000+ employees scattered throughout multiple locations across their Carolinas region. Consolidating these groups into one location to re-ignite their workplace culture and community was a priority. They turned to Cresa’s Transaction Management, Project Management and Location Strategy and Economic Development Incentives experts to help them identify a new site for their ground-up building, negotiate municipal incentives and build a state-of-the-art facility.
