Cresa Facilitates Expansion of Pageant Media in Midtown

Cresa’s Robert Stella, Principal, and Vice Presidents Barry Spagna and David Harrell of the New York office have arranged a lease for business to business financial publisher Pageant Media at 41 Madison Avenue, between 25th and 26th Streets. Launched in 1998 with just two employees and employing over 200 people around the world today, the organization includes such specialist information products as hedge fund management, fund intelligence, institutional investor journals, and captive insurance data. It will be moving from its current 3,400 square-foot office at 200 Park Avenue South, expanding to more than twice the space, totaling approximately 8,205-square feet, within the glass and steel high-rise. This will provide a more contemporary environment for the firm, offering exceptional light and city views.

“An office in the heart of Midtown is ideal for an active business such as Pageant Media,” points out Mr. Stella. “The company was rapidly outgrowing its original setting and this new space enables it to stay in the same central location with room to accommodate continued growth.” The landlord, Rudin Management, was represented in-house by Rob Steinman. Pageant Media will take occupancy of its new office on November 1, 2018. The lease term is 10 years and asking rent was $83-per-square-foot.
