Matt Apter is a founding Managing Principal at Cresa Madison. He has been negotiating lease and purchase transactions on behalf of his corporate clients for over 20 years. Matt began his real estate career in the Cresa Washington, D.C. office exclusively representing occupiers and buyers. In 2005, he brought the occupier-only representation model to Southern Wisconsin.
