Our client, a Fortune 500 conglomerate, was in a multi-service provider model that was inefficient and costly.  They wanted to consolidate all their outsources real estate services to one provider while realizing the synergies of integrating Transaction Management, Project Management, Strategic Planning and Capital Markets services throughout North America.

After evaluating every major firm in the U.S., our client selected Cresa to be their sole service provider.  Cresa provides a dedicated team, including on-site support, to deliver CRE services throughout North America.  By consolidating to a single-sourced provider our client is achieving cost reduction through executing projects as a part of a strategic plan, realizing savings through bundled services, and utilizing new reporting and data for analysis as a result of the consolidation, none of which was possible in a multi-provider model.  Additionally, Cresa is proving greater support for our client’s CRE department, allowing them to focus on more strategic initiatives.
