Tim Moresco is a knowledgeable commercial real estate expert with more than 25 years of experience in the Atlanta marketplace. For more than eight years, he has exclusively represented tenants, offering strategic direction and advice to Fortune 100 clients, as well as local firms. Tim began his real estate career by working with both landlords and tenants. This diverse background provided a real understanding of the differences in motivation of both sides of the real estate transaction and cemented his belief in representation for tenants only, to avoid conflicts of interest.  Tim’s experience in the NFL, as a defensive back for the Green Bay Packers and the New York Jets, also has influenced his desire to “fight and win” for his clients.  Tim specializes in the commercial office and healthcare real estate sectors.
