Sam specializes in representation of occupiers and has worked on complex real estate requirements for local and national clients. He works closely with clients to review and identify goals and objectives and provides them with the quantitative and qualitative information required to successfully implement short- and long-term real estate strategies to reduce occupancy costs. His background in economics and finance have given him the skill set required to excel in financial analyses, lease negotiations, acquisitions, dispositions and market research.

Sam received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Maryland, College Park.
Sam has received numerous accolades for his work representing occupiers, including the following awards presented by Cresa's Washington, DC office: Rising Star, 2014; Top Producer, 2014; Great Leap, 2014 and 2015; and Most Collaborative, 2016. He was inducted into Cresa's President Club as Top Producer in 2015 and received the recognition again in 2016. In 2017, Sam was named amongst "40 Under 40 Rising Stars in Real Estate" by DCA Live in its annual celebration of leaders of DC area commercial real estate.
