SRS Real Estate Partners and Cresa Join to Create New Lease Administration Company

SRS Real Estate Partners (SRS) and Cresa jointly announced today that an agreement has been signed to form a new company to perform lease administration services for office, industrial and retail clients. The new company will be known as SRS-Cresa Lease Administration, LLC (SRS-Cresa Lease Administration).

In April of 2012, SRS and Cresa entered into an exclusive partnership to serve the needs of industrial, office and retail clients of both companies. The arrangement allows Cresa to provide retail services to its office and industrial clients, and provide SRS’s retail clients with experience in the office and industrial sectors. The formation of SRS-Cresa Lease Administration further deepens the alliance between SRS and Cresa and will combine the strengths of both teams to better serve lease administration clients across the country. Both the initial partnership, and the formation of SRS-Cresa Lease Administration, creates a seamless process and point of contact when addressing all real estate needs of the client.

SRS-Cresa Lease Administration will deliver a spectrum of lease administration services including critical date management, CAM audits, occupancy cost reconciliations, and full portfolio lease administration services. SRS-Cresa Lease Administration will continue to operate out of the currently established offices in Dallas and in Chicago.
